That’s understandable. The few hotels my d’s team has stayed at haven’t really been an issue. There’s not as much social activity as in previous years, but people are masked in public spaces, they keep their distance, and common areas are used very little by guests of the hotel. If I had to judge, I’d say it’s probably no less safe safe than going to the grocery store.
Your "team dinner" is takeout pizza someplace outdoors (park, hotel patio) since restaurants won't seat that many, etc.

CFC and Seacoast Tourney
Is anyone aware of guidelines for these tournaments? Do the kids need to wear masks while playing? Can they do throw ins and corners?

Agree with this. If you are comfortable with the girls practicing together 3-4 times/week and playing league games together, I don't think the hotel adds much of anything to the risk. The hotels are a shell of what they normally are - a lot of vacancies, masking requirements, restaurants shut down, public spaces socially distanced if open at all, no maid service.
