Who is the BEST 2007 coach in the state? Don't care about licenses or league names. Just want to know who is actually good at developing players to become better, and running meaningful, productive practices.

Looks reasonable after the weekend and end of the Fall season, GPS could make a case for number 3. SSS looks to be the closest to taking down the "baddest" little team

NEFC- Based on results they are top spot
SSS- Great showing this weekend (also why stars gets bumped)
Aztecs- Finished ahead of GPS in NPL A and beat SOL at CFC
SOL- Won NPL B and need to lose to one of the teams below to get bumped
GPS MA RED ELITE- Compete well in league and tournaments but can't win either
FC STARS BLUE- Finished right above 500 in ECNL but lost to SSS 6-1. Need to win a big game before they are top 5 and they haven't done that
SCORPIONS- 500 in ECNL and are competitive but not top 5
FCUSA- 3rd in NPL B, Tied Stars White and CFC but can't take the next step to win those games

Scorpions should be much lower who have they beaten to that high. They barely got by NEFC NPL and lost to GPS this past weekend. You expected the loss to SSS but please you have to beat a top 5 team to be that close to the top 5. Same with Stars Blue somehow they are 3rd for just playing and not beating good teams. I bet you haven’t seen half these teams play NPL dad. Going by results on paper doesn’t tell you anything.

Anyone who is ranking girls 2007 teams needs to post which team their kid plays for. Otherwise it is just completely biased.

Other than NEFC, who have separated themselves, Select, Scorpions, Stars, Aztec, GPS & SOL are all close to interchangeable. Put those six teams in a bracket, play the tournament five times and you’d probably get 3-4 different winners.

That’ll change over the next year or two, as the talent migrates to DA & ECNL.
