90 percent of everything posted on here is absurd. the thread starts with" I'm a kings parent and have been very happy....." Very clever!! thereby making it seem like its not a crazy mother on the warpath or more likely a Seacoast exec posting the email. Why would a parent feel the need to tell you idiots shes happy? lol, However from the replies you ate it up just like all the other stupid posts from idiots with zero inside knowledge. your sons and dots are playing soccer this weekend, go watch a game and try to spend one week away from this site, see if your blood pressure goes down from the lack of stress from all the mendacious posting.

No kidding!! Who gets stressed or worked up reading anything here?? If you do, it's probably best you step away for good and deal with the underlying issues. Reading a silly soccer message board should NOT give you stress or anxiety.

Way too many people focus on coaches being nice guys, totally oblivious to the fact that they don't focus on skills and technique to help develop your child. Too many practices including ones run by him are filled with scrimmages, often with minimal coaching. That's not player development, it's not going to help your child get the best of their ability, and that's certainly not worth the money any club charges. This particular coach, at the beginning of this past season told the parents that he had only lost two NPL games, and jokingly said they better not mess that up. Lo and behold they struggled the first part of the season and he jumped ship.

Man, hasn't anyone learned from the best coach and motivator of all time, Bill Belichek. You have no control over the other team or the league competition. I can't stand when a coach says he'll be upset if team doesn't win this league or win this tournament without knowing the teams or matchups will be. Coach's only concern and have 100% of his/her attention is preparing his players and team to the best they can do. You can't do more than that. If you play the best of your ability and lose to the better team, should be no complaints. Coaches like this that place such a high emphasis on winning are probably in it for themselves and not for the development of the kids.
