    a. Full-Time Player Adds: Clubs will have one period during the season at which time players may be added as full -time (either adding a brand new full-time player, a player transfer from one Academy club to another, or moving a developmental player to full - time status)....Any unused player adds cannot be utilized beyond the deadline unless a club is promoting a Developmental Player (added before the deadline) to full-time after the add window and has
    an open roster slot.

    Add Window: Sept. 5, 2017 through April 6, 2018.
They can't play in games though.

As the poster said, January works just fine. they have half the season to try out new players before cutting yet again in June and brining on more new players.

Private/prep school kids can be added in January as per DA rules. Now the Revs typically won't give them a waiver the following year while other clubs do accommodate those kids every year.

Not the poster but it doesn't matter really. The poster's Kid is better off going to a good education and playing high level club elsewhere. According the the annual commit lists they'll end up at the same places as the Revs players without giving up HS sports + a good education = Win/win.

The 16s tied Beachside, 2-2. Revs were up a man too

Beachside is one of the worst teams in the Academy

Fake news, not happening sorry. I suggest you tell them now rather than stringing them along into the June showcase. If you do that, he'll never play for them again at any time in the future. No waivers of any kind with them, unless again, Dire socio-economic circumstances. maybe your kid falls into that category. Private schooling is a necessity based on financial or social circumstances.

Nope, don't care how "good" he is. No HS waivers with the Revs. You can appeal to the Gods as much as you like. lol

Yes, at the 80th minute. Revs couldn't even maintain possession with being up a man. Sad!!

The days of the cushy swaddled elites being driven in by nannies are over. Cleaning house. Looking for players who can dedicate to the sport and to the Revs. Halftime prep boys wont be that in the 17s or 19s. You will be sorely disappointed, but not your kid cuz he already knows it.

This is true. A prep education may be a win win for the student but no longer for the Revs. Big changes coming. #Friedel leading the pack with house cleaning.

Good luck with that. It's worked so well for them so far

He won't be brought back in the fall. He will be added in the spring. No waiver.
