The Revolution Academy needs to make some changes.

The Revs are the ones that do the calling. Poaching is easier than coaching. That’s why they finally broke down and started taking waiver players from the ISL. It was the only way to poach local kids.

Virtually everyone is on "aid". Most kids truly couldn't attend - especially those w any soccer/athletic ability - without aid. Hence the waiver.

It's the ISL that bottom feeds academically to staff it's athletic rosters. Revs are just next in the s**** supply chain. Finally, the orange college cones are made and future full time youth coaches are built. Repeat every year.

Revs Academy will be just fine. With a little tweaking here and there they will still tien out some great boys soccer players every year.

Turn them out to RSL, Union, Atlanta or Dallas you mean. Or to the ISL. if you think your son has a shot at all, get him out of the Revs and as far away from Scales as possible. Horrible coach, even worse human.

Any parent with 1/2 a brain or any knowledge of the boys soccer landscape knows to head right to Seacoast as soon as possible. 8X better than the Revs.
