Originally posted by Unregistered View PostWe just have a different interpretation. My view is that GPS exceeded expectations. They cast a wide net, engage a broad range of talent, and facilitate move to next level. By definition, all players that move to Revs from any team are doing so to get "next level" training, and by definition NPL is lower than DAP.
GPS produced 3 Revs worthy players in one age group, impressive!

Those same GPS players attended RTC's and played futsal all winter with the Revs. They paid additional money to be developed surrounded by much greater accumulated talent so that they could actually improve. GPS couldn't provide what they needed. All of those GPS players spent the last 3 years training on the side with the Revs. They developed in Foxboro. They played with their friends at GPS.
Reality for most: To get to the next level, you need to do more
Advice for all: Target supplemental efforts to become a "known entity" with desired destination
Hate all you want, still don't see how this is anything but positive for GPS

All you did was restate what you already stated. Nothing new, nothing to change my mind. Everyone's soccer journey goes through multiple stops. By your logic, should all the credit for Stars and NEFC go to Nobles and Rivers? dummy.
No content parent would come on here to trash another club nor convince other parents to come displace their child. You share detailed knowledge across age groups and genders. You betray yourself by focusing on the club rather than on specific teams. This is because You are not a parent, you are with another club, and you are incredibly jealous of GPS' fiscal success. Sorry your lemonade stand is failing
Hint: GPS spends time on marketing and growth, not on TS - you should try it.

I'm not from MASS and not even the North East and a post like this is simply stupid.
