Don't confuse the Ludlow of the 90's with the current state of soccer in that town. To many years of entitlement and poor coaching at the youth level has finally caught up.

No true standout teams in D1 or D3. Monson still far and away best in D4.
D1 teams are all starting to settle down, but there's still four weeks left. NP from Ludlow moved to midfield to help spark offense. All those SW girls are spread all over D1 and D3 teams where they have few to no other talented players to work with. Holyoke is carried by their goalie. Belchertown is doing better than expected but Chicopee can't say the same. EL, Chaug, and Westside are hot and cold. After a good run in D1, EL ties D3 Granby.
D3 Granby is crippled by injuries and their leading goal scorer is playing defense this year. They have a new coach but *** moves a 20+ goal scorer per year back to defense. SH is stronger than last year, and goalie keeps them in games. Haven't seen or heard much about teams like easthampton, Hampshire, Palmer, Southwick, Lenox, et al....
