Lucky for LA that the SP games don't count.

That RL goal breaks a string of 18 consecutive clean sheets for Milton in ISL play.

The first 2 goals were not quality and some would say garbage. Brooks will have to play a lot better to win out on the season. That will be a difficult task.
"8 corners to 6 tells the story." What story?

LA needs to win (not just tie) all their remaining games AND hope Brooks, MA, BH and Nobles lose two games each- extremely slim chance of all this happening.

To do what? If you mean win the league then obviously they won't, you don't need a math formula for that

all teams that have only lost 2 games thus far have a very very slim chance of wining ISL

Oh yeah dude? If every single team ties for the rest of the season and govs wins all of their games they will win the league.

My point isn't mathematically anyone can win the league. There's no point saying how many losses they have. Brooks BH and Milton will be top 3.

This looks to be the case now but what's great is that there's enough parity that any of the top 5 (and maybe even 6 or 7) could beat or tie the other on a given day. BBN, for instance, looks like they could give anybody a game on the right day. MA, meanwhile, is quietly unblemished in the ISL (so can BBN give MA a run this weekend?). St. Paul's is another interesting case- they're not winning but seems like they're hanging tough most games (no longer ISL games but still ISL contests in spirit).

I think what MA did last season was amazing, but this is much more fun (at least for everybody else).

I see a significant difference between Brooks and the rest of the league. OTOH, I don't see a significant difference among the second through seventh place teams.

Hard to say that yet. Brooks, Milton, and BH have yet to play against most of the better teams in the league, much less each other. And BH's one tie is against a team that the other two have yet to play. So its hard to see any significant difference among these three teams yet.
Nobles and Middlesex also still have only 1 loss/1 tie, so they remain in the hunt for now, although results suggest that they may have some losses on the horizon. Rivers already has 2 losses with some tough matches ahead, so it would probably have to win out and get a lot of help to win the league. Barring some very unusual outcomes, it will be quite difficult for any teams other than these five or six to jump to the top of the league.

You don't see significant difference between no losses and 3-4 losses? After 6 games that is significant

Not to mention their goals for/against count of like 40-1
