New brackets with age changes?

Hi. I was wonderinf if anyone knows how the leagues (Maple, NEP) are going to handle the brackets with the upheaval of most clubs this year? If say 75% of the original team is gone, and it's essentially a "new" team, are they planning on adjusting the brackets? I haven't read anything on this.

NEP will base brackets on DOC placement of teams. MAPLE will most likely let it work out over the year.
