Most of what I read here is people speaking for others. Or pretending to be others to get a rise out of everyone. I have been around long enough to remember all the "dual path" arguments when ECNL began. Perhaps BTDT will be proven right on one prognostication.

He was proven right about multiple paths a long time ago, although even that was mostly about his hatred. So telling that now he is insisting there is only one path. Gratefulness, appreciation, graciousness, humility, class, etc -- all words completely foreign to him.

Give it a rest. Whoever is posting is telling the truth. There is no excuses for those losses and something needs to be said to "eclipse" the achievement. The reality is without a doubt Nefc is exposing Ecnl big time. If Ecnl claims they have the best of the best no team from outside should beat their top squads. In the past 3 months Nefc beat Eclipse 14's ( undefeated in Ecnl), Bethesda 15's ( lost one game in about 24), Fc Virginia 16's ( one of the top in their conference) and Casl 17's ( top in their area).

This team is very strong and talented. That said, So Cal and Eclipse are not the strongest of ECNL clubs. Before we write the obit for ECNL let's pump the brakes a bit...

That said, why are colleges infatuated with ECNL teams? Looking at the commitments list an ENCL moniker next to your kids name seems like a near guarantee of a D1 commit. I've seen some of these clubs/players and they are no better than most from the top MA teams...
