Are most town/travel teams adopting the new age changes for fall 2016? If so, are towns allowing players to try out up with their grade or keeping it strictly birth year?

For MTOC eligible teams all town travel teams will need to follow MYSA's mandate which ultimately comes from USYS. Right now everything on the USYS website indicates these changes will be in effect for the 2016/2017 season.
For the non-MTOC teams I would think it would be league specific.Comment
