LOL. Did you ever consider for one second that you are "beyond old"? Is it possible that you are the problem?

So basically you agree with that post and what you are doing, and you think that's OK???

That is only if you buy your little fantasy that there is only one other poster here.

No, it's still holds if we compromise and agree that that poster is here "a lot" and is the primary driver of all these threads all directed in the same way and that no one else on the planet cares as much as he does in making sure his hate gets out there every single day.

BTDT, how about an "out of state" thread calling in right about now?

Perspective, I think you like my political posts since you continue to prompt them with your obsession with BTDT.

"The day after the Democrats got thumped in a second consecutive midterm, President Obama stepped to the podium at a post-election press conference and declared, “To everyone who voted, I want you to know that I hear you. To the two-thirds of voters who chose not to participate in the process yesterday, I hear you too.”*Setting aside Obama’s petulant reference to the silent majority he believes let him down by staying home, the president’s takeaway from the election was that Americans really wanted Washington to work together to “get things done.”So he chose as his first order of business an executive action that would foster enmity and make it harder for all parties involved to come together to get things done."

Basically you come across as a self interested rich *****.
I used the word "shiz" because I can't use the real word. I certainly was not trying to be "street" or whatever misguided notion you have, nor is the money a pittance to me and my family. We are not rich and it is a huge financial commitment for us. The only difference is that we chose to make athletics a top priority in our kids youth, but not for any financial payoff, but for all the life benefits. Unlike you and bunch of those whining about your club experience, we are quite content and ok with our choices to allocate our "luxury" dollars where we have.

That is the thing about sensitivity issues, most people don't think they are being offensive until it is brought to their attention how others are perceiving their words or actions. It is the truly special ones though that refuse to accept the hint and respect other's sensitivities.

You are what is wrong with this country. Stop being a victim and offended by everything. And for God sakes, if you are miserable with something in your life... do something to change it.

My kid plays both, but we have reasons that we do it, none of which have to do with playing in professionally or even in college. If you don't have any good reasons on your end, and all you can do it bitch, then get the frack out already.
The problem is many people are living in a fantasy world and think their kid is going to be a superstar D1 college player and they are going to be the happy parents in the stands at the Olympics or World Cup.

Club soccer is meant to teach the kids about the game, develop social skills as well as developing these kids physically and mentally to be ready for the real world which 99.999% of them are going to experience in the future.

Oh, and along the way, have some fun being part of something bigger than them, a team.

If your club isnt doing this, find somewhere that is. We have tried a couple different clubs and have finally found the best place for our kid. She's happy and loving it.

I love how some people like to take offense by proxy. You are the great defender of street slang. You get to decide who can and cannot say "shiz" What a shizhead.

Suck it up. It's attitudes like yours that is creating a nation of oversensitive whimps.
