Fire Klinnsman and put someone in charge who prioritized keeping our best players right here in the U.S. rather than Europe and growing the MLS into something that young players admired and sought to get better so they could one day play in it.

Is that the job of USSF? Why play for peanuts in the US when you can earn more outside of Europe. I thinks is more about having players being exposed to the highest level of competition. You cannot and will not get that playing in MLS unless more talent comes from abroad. Until salaries increase (which will not overall) players are not going to come.
