Was it racist when people hated Bush? I think overall, the hatred for Bush was as strong if not more so. He was ridiculed, bashed and accused of hateful things. I don't remember that being considered racist.

I think the Messiah comment was intended to point out the President's intentional circumvention of Congress on key pieces of his agenda. I cannot see where the use of Messiah can be considered racist.

Yes, and entirely consistent with the filibustering from Day 1 of his Presidency motivated by nothing but racism and an inability to accept that a black man is the President of the United States. Reeks of racism. And also entirely consistent with the massive efforts to turn back every social advancement earned through blood, sweat, and tears over the past 60 years.

There is no comparison between what Obama has encountered compared to Bush. To even suggest a comparison is ignorant.
