Wait, you're Perspective so you have plenty to complain about because you're a bitter man who is obsessed with a club you claim to have no affiliation with and no kids involved in any club soccer, but yet you're here for many hours a day. Well considering that you have had your teams working all fall getting ready and we have some of our best players injured or down in Fl for the inter regionals (which JD knew when he requested the schedule) and it clearly is SO important for the Stars to win so they look good in everyone's eyes we'll do you a favor and concede the match now so you can get on with your massive PR campaign. One thing to chomp while you are blasting away about excuses or Stars dominance though is, except for the newbies, parents are not naïve and know that what ever actually happens next weekend really isn't all that indicative of the big picture. Regardless of who wins, one pre season weekend doesn't say anything about the quality of a club. Only a moron can't see that the measure is the success earned through out the course of a year through league and championship games so while you apparently will "know" something next week, the really smart people will wait until the end of the year to pass judgment.

Surely a double national championship team like Elite can still beat Stars who have won nothing, even with a couple of its players away at ODP?

There is nothing wrong with either club, its just these few TS bozos... and we all know every club has their bozos, some show up on TS and some don't but in the grand scheme of things this site is a spec on the youth soccer scene in New England, and if you asked all the club soccer families that play, 1% at most would even know what the heck TS even was.

Exactly. I read this forum for entertainment - I certainly don't take it as accurate - either positive or negative. Anyone can say anything - no controls, no filters. if you take it seriously or think it affects the general soccer population you are delusional.

Are you not the least bit embarrassed that everyone knows who you are and the depth of your hatred towards a little youth soccer club and the lengths you will go in your more than religious mission to bring the club down? Seriously, you're easily into your 5th year of this and haven't slowed down one bit. This is what the son of a hall of fame legend and parent of a national team player does? And over the more than 5 years not a shred of evidence of even a speck of support for you?

Well there you go but if you were actually a parent you would know that after a being away from home, missing a big family holiday and week of high pressure soccer that the absolute last thing any of those kids want to do is get up early to go freeze their butts off in a meaningless game. You should also know that the regional staff used to prohibit playing for 48 hours after in order to give the kids proper recovery time. These post season events are for two things, money for the host club and marketing spin for the participating clubs. The players aren't even a consideration
