Says who? I have a neighbor who went to COLGATE and they are the poorest on our street.

Didn't suggest a Colgate degree guarantees financial success -- of course if that's your only measure of success you must live on a great street.

By the way, how many Division I college soccer players live on your street and are now making a worthwhile career in soccer?

If the kid gets to go to a school like Colgate, he'll do better than most is my guess.

New poster here. I just wanted to wade in and say I completely agree with this post. Big picture, people, otherwise your soccer journey will be a disappointment for just about 100% of the posters here.

Who knew Colgate was the path to enlightenment and eternal happiness? They should stick that on a brochure somewhere.

I thought it was a middle of the pack Patriot League school.

He's just not well educated on the things that matter more in the long run - the quality of the education, not the quality of the soccer

                    Oh that's hilarious.you read everyone's tax returns?

I think what you mean is " among those on our street they project less of the superficial trappings of wealth" something that someone like you, insubstantial, superficial, shallow, would be concerned with.

What about the DAP players who color their heels on he bench at d3 while kids like that play in front of them.

                      Don't make me name names.

COLGATE people generally su*k. They have a complex of going to school at a place that few people have even heard of.
joe castiglione, peter rowan, armand zidjian are some of your greatest alumni.
                        Please.

Why is this still going on? Congrats to the kids who are committed to Colgate. Any other recent commitments?
