North Shore and Benfica are strong as are the Bolts but dont overlook the Western United team that could be a dark horse and frustrate a few teams this season and maybe even at state cupComment

The Big Three
I suspect that that this year's MAPLE (and State Cup) champion will come from among the division's "big three"--North Shore United, Benfica USA, and FC Greater Boston. It will take a strong team to topple North Shore from their Irwin Cup throne. With 8 ODP players, Benfica appears ready to lead the charge. The Bolts have been hampered by injuries and have gotten off to a slow start, but should round into form as their injured players return to action.Comment
