NU are now 2-0-0 for concerfence play. Where are all the NU haters now? You couldn't wait to trash talk them a couple weeks ago.

I guess is NE will win next and then lose to both UNCW and Delaware and thus not get into tournament.A lose to james Madison or William and Mary will make it a disappointing season.

In addition to being head coach at NU, BA is DOC of the Bolts, which is a DAP club and along with the Rev's, represents the top of the barrel as it relates to boys MA and NE soccer. And in being so, just like the coaches of the Revs, he is a target of those parents whose kids along the way did not make the cut, especially the DAP cut. Call it want you want, but most of the BS on TS is nothing but sour grapes from parents whose kids were ejected from the BOLTS program, not those who are somehow passionate about NU soccer
I would bet heavily that the anti NU posts are coming from parents who have never been to a NU game and could not give you the first intelligent fact about the team. And I would also bet it is contained to a very small group....probably easily identified.

Alumni here with a friend's son on the team so this is what I've heard...BA has been very uninvolved this season. Assistant coach mostly in charge. At least 4 players cut, at least one quit, many not playing at all. Lots of tension. Hard to play your best if you're always worried about your future.
Of course it's TS so I'm sure plenty won't believe me. But their record leaves a lot to be desired so seems something is going on. Maybe they are finally on the upswing after a rough start. As an alumni and Boston native losing to Harvard really, really sucked.
