Saw this on the CT board, but it sure looks like the Revs U16s have done pretty well a couple of times (under leadership of BS) compared to other New England DAP clubs since the inception of DAP:

No, that's like saying BC and UConn are the best in New England. The Revs can only work with the talent that exists within the region.

Just like top club tryouts - they hold them to let others think they have a chance, and perhaps get a nugget of unexpected gold. But 99% of the time they already know who they want.
