The coach, whom many speculated was about to be fired, sat five starters - specifically NTers HAO and Mewis, and Internationals Sanderson and Lohman (DeVanna sat out for a red card) and started several players who'd barely played. They trounced Portland. Two rookies did all the scoring.

Not sure if they'll ever be able to repeat this as these cleaning house ploys rarely work long term but what fun!

The important number is the attendance number of 1556 at Harvard stadium. The other game was less than 1000. That's not going to get it done. This sport needs to make $$ if it is going to stick around.
