It pains me to say this, but congratulations to Valeo. Despite all the mud thrown at you on these pages you achieved what all of us at the beginning of the year thought was impossible. Representing MA at the top NEP level next year now? Bet that feels good!

NEP? NPL you mean? Rumor has it some MA teams are joining EDP. Valeo parents are very happy to hear this.

Valeo can only have top players on the top team. Listening to the parents speculate on the tournamants the rising U13 team may do made me cringe at the thought of going back to, say, Dallas. The majority of the team is solid. It needs to be 100% to get on a plane. 100%.

Who is moving to EDP? It only makes sense for WUP so I doubt the rumor is about anyone else.

By the way, there was an article in the Boston Globe last weekend about inner-city soccer. It was mostly about GPS but Valeo was also mentioned.

If EW was smart, he would use the U12 team's success for fundraising. I am sure there are plenty of scholarship kids that rock at futbol. Put the ones that don't on another one of his multiple multiple teams.

Did I miss something ? They won a crappy league and drove a lot to do it. How many quality games, perhaps 1. NEFC did the same thing and drove less.

It's a shame Valeo is not in NEP/NPL.

Agree that Nefc won a crappy league. Valeo won top EDP league against top regional teams.
