wow..what a novel concept...no crazy parents screaming instructions at the players nor hopefully screaming at officials, and kids actually enjoying playing soccer. If only that happened more often.

The standings is really the route of all the evils. Parents put more meaning into the game that is necessary. They also put too much emphasis on the ref's calls.
In Natick there is no score or standings kept for teams U9 and down.

Not having a score or standings in the youngest ages has not prevented a small handful of parents from being ridiculous at the games where I live.
There will always be over-zealous parents at every age level.

I only ask because another thing I noticed about Natick is that everyone has the same shirt. They are reversible, blue and white. If the game gets lopsided some players are swapped.
It is hard to make the game personal when your child is not really on a team.

No...
Valeo FC (more training time over the Summer)
WUP/NEFC Central
Seacoast/MPS Bulldogs
The question is whether all these teams will play 11v11. NEP does not currently offer 11v11 at U12 so the NEP clubs will be forced to play lower level U13.
