State Cup

Does anybody know anything about this new State Cup format? Will those teams in leagues that were previously considered non-qualifying (ECNL and NPL) be allowed in? What is the Open Cup? Can teams in these alternate leagues play in the Open Cup?

ECNL and NPL are not under the umbrella of MYSA so they will not be allowed to participate as teams.

Not sure how the rule applies to individuals who may be dual rostered to NPL and MYSA teams in the same club.

It is all dependent on roster continuity. If they qualify for MYSA (regardless of what other leagues they are in) then they can play.

This will fit well in the club pass model that the larger clubs are espousing.
