Its a list. I wouldn't characterize it as the "best" players in the state. Just another awards list. Like other "all star" lists, most of these kids won't even play in college. -

Scroll down this one a bit. Last year's list has less Mr Soccer Finalists. Key is that some DAP players got exclusions and were dominant in HS. This year not so much.Comment

Agree that it's just a list. No info about how it was compiled. On the boys side, I would agree with 3-4 of these. And I'm sure most out there would have their own lists.
