As for the suburban moms, I would take them any day and night over those from Revere. The latter seem to be a bit heavier.
Maybe kids from Revere are the best . But we will never know because of CS and his Revere FC . CS with his absolutely crazy ideas and little understanding of modern soccer will suck the love for soccer out of this poor kids. My guess is mostly all of them will be playing baseball by HS.

Yes, CS has destroyed the youth system of both Bolts and Revere. His record speaks for itself, though his dressing down of a 10 year old for his own gross incompetence as a coach is unheard of in MA soccer. Never heard anything like that. Here is his Revere record for last fall, 2 of the 3 teams folded for spring. No wins for either team in lower level division, -57 GD. It's really a shame there isn't a responsible professional coach for club level boys in Revere for younger kids. That's the real problem for Revere soccer.

CS takes quite a bashing. I have heard that he has set up a great program in Revere for the younger and older kids to play (granted Futsal) after school and on the weekends. From this there are some very good players that are generated. While this does not equate him to being a good coach, it does describe him as offering something very significant to the area for soccer.

On the coaching ability side, I don't think he has any kind of license (none listed on Bolts website) and there is a comment about being self-educated. This goes against both the mantra by the Bolts regarding minimum licensure as well as against the NEP that states all coaches will have a class C license or better. Between Revere and Bolts he was coaching 6 teams in total, which is excessive to say the least. However, at about 10K per team as a head coach, he was doing reasonably well.

As for the Bolts teams he was coaching, and in line with the original premise of this thread, perhaps they will filled up with too many high priced addresses with inflluential parents as compared to putting together the best team they could.

Oh my, what a record! The club motto is "REVERE FC is located in the Town of Revere, existing with the only idea of giving a chance for the young players of Revere to play soccer at the Top level>"BORNTO PLAY SOOCER" So where are the great soccer players from Revere playing?

                  Sorry but it's true right?

The Brazilians? Yeah, they are good. They also put overage kids in every tournament.

I have a great idea. Let's put more money into these 'poor' areas and give them more free stuff so that we can find out just how good they can be. Actually, let's send a van out there to pick them up and bring them where ever they want to and need to go........and pay for their club fees, uniforms, travel to and from tournaments, hotels............

Oh.....we already do that and yet they are not taking over the country????
...probably because since being in America they have gotten 'dumbed down' and no longer have the drive to be great.......not their fault.......it is ours.....again.

Don't you agree The haves owe the have nots half their money? That's the only way we'll ever achieve the dream of a Union of Socialist Republic United States.
