I have a child in HS playing soccer and another child in our town’s grade 5 Travel program.

Does this mean they have a players card? And if so, with what organization? MYSA? USYS?
And does this registration last a whole year?

Your 5th grader is registered with MA Youth Soccer. I don't remember which governing body MA Youth falls under. (I was a town registrar 15 years ago, and things have definitely changed), but
