Fake post.
But while we’re here, most people still don’t seem to know that the new ECRL Northeast conference, a.k.a. ECRL2, is a new conference that is different from ECRL New England.
ECRL2 has the travel of ECRL and the competition level of NAL.

If you are talking about the girls side, the answer is clearly RL New England, on pretty much every level. Level of play, club experience with recruiting, events, and so on.
But you’re either fake or really haven’t done your homework on recruiting.
If you were talking about D3, there is a school for everyone who wants to play. But at all the schools it’s more or less just another extracurricular activity, that might get help with admissions at some schools. ECRL Is a big commitment, make sure you understand where it’s taking you before you sign up your player.
Look at the FC Stars list of commitments to get a representative sample of where RL players commit, and how much of an RL team commits.
Boys side, NAL.

But they are the exception. For most players it's not the place to pursue recruiting unless you get on a strong team with a good coach, and don't have a better alternative within reasonable distance.
