Isn’t posted somewhere for NAL tryouts or is someone just assuming this?

In years past NEFC does not rush out offers. They fill the top team and work there way down. More than likely you will not hear until mid June unless you are a top player.

For mls next and nal is has always been right before memorial day weekend the last few years.
