How many good coaches do you typically find at a big club? I know that answer can vary but looking for stability and consistency in a region and should that be the #1 goal?

Of course coaching matters, but so does your player's fit with the team and league. A club should be well run also. Going for one coach is risky - they could leave or be reassigned and then what? If you wouldn't be happy with most of the rest of a club's coaches don't go there.Comment
