WOuld current bolts players follow him? I assume its going to take a while to build up a boys program at SSS with bolts being so close in weymouth

He was really leading Bolts from the office, not the field. So, I expect you are right that it will take a significant amount of time to build up the boys program

families will have no connection to him.. but perhaps coaches will? Will some coaches follow him which will then draw players?

The only thing that could potentially mean is Select trying to get the Bolts South Shore Boys program to join them and have a top girls and boys program both with ECNL pathway.

lol why does select even keep trying, they haven’t given a **** about boys in 20 years, they’ll never build it up

Wait a second, He said he was leaving the bolts to manage his club in Ireland and 2 months later he’s back running a non existent SSS boys program. Why would any boys go to SSS with so many better pathways in the same region. The boys would have been better in MLS Next

Absolutely this; the boys are nothing but an afterthought there.
Also … anyone else find it interesting that SSS’s press release didn’t mention BA’s time at the Bolts?
