    ECRL2 Clubs for 2024-2025

You can look up the current lineup and standings of ECNL Regional League Girls Northeast aka ECRL2 clubs at this link. Choose the Northeast option in the pulldown and an Age Year.
    https://theecnl.com/sports/2023/8/8/...808235427.aspx

For next year, "New England Surf and PSA North (NJ), will join the ECNL Girls Regional League - Northeast (North), while Hex Keystone FC (PA), Match Fit Mercer (NJ), Reading Rage (PA), and YMS (PA) will join the ECNL Girls Regional League - Northeast (South)." Bayside in RI is moving to GA.

So the list of clubs in the ECRL2 North Division for 2024-2025 currently looks like this, listed in rough order of driving distance:

FC Stars Sky Blue - Acton, MA
New England Surf - Natick, MA
Scorpions South SC - Auburn, MA
CFC North FC - Rocky Hill, CT
CT Rush Select - North Branford, CT
    CFC South - Stamford, CT
    Albany Alleycats - Albany, NY
Quickstrike FC - New Windsor, NY
Force FC - Monroe & Woodbury, NY
    PSA North - Mahwah, NJ
SUSA Blue - Central Islip, NY

In general, this league is clubs that do not have ECNL teams. The exceptions are Stars (5th team), Scorpions and SUSA (3rd teams).

I bet people don't like you nearly as much as you think they do.

PSA must have really wanted it since they accepted Northeast. Lots and lots of travel compared if they were in the south

Perhaps to demonstrate the insane distances people are driving for games? Thanks club soccer!

This is insane for a poor standard league, not sure why anyone would do that to themselves.

              No such thing as ECRL2

What else is ECRL2 to do? They could fold in to NECSL. Join RAL. But then what about the pretty label with the #2 on it? So desirable.

no matter how bad ECRL2 is, it is still better than NPL (if you do not know, there is a league that has most of the B teams from ECRL2 South, and one from north) or E64

The people saying ECRL 2, are too lazy to learn the names. Or just trying to put down the league.

ECNL Girls Regional New England - original (Stars 3rd and 4th teams, Scorpions 2nd team)

ECNL Girls Regional Northeast- newer (Stars 5th team, Scorpions 3rd team, Bayside 1st team)

It still blows my mind that Bayside which is competing poorly in Northeast is now going to put that same team to compete against NEFC top GA team.

how can ECNL2 NOT be lower than ECRL New England and North Atlantic when it has lower teams from the same clubs? Most people feel that the name ECRL2 is appropriate, not to put down the ECRL2 teams, but bring up the other 2 divisions. The only people offended by the ECRL2 teams are club directors trying to sell spots to parents who might be scared away when they figure out what it truly is

Take Scorpions South out, BF on the move again.
