You have the benefits of GA Events and the exposure that goes with those. most likely the regional showcases and then the national showcase because playoffs are probably unlikely. Take a look at the scouting list for attendance this past year.
You won't make champions league or at least unlikely.
You won't be eligible for ID clinics. it's not like stars white and blue where they send girls from both.
it's a clear step up from dpl, but if you can make red, then you should do that commute if it's viable.Comment

I believe there's a bit in the GA bylaws that says they expect clubs with two spots to treat them as a first team and a second team, and that "top level players in the club are required to be rostered with the first team"Comment
