Credit to NEFC South for these points, if they follow through:
    - a focus on coaching
    - individualized feedback and development plans
    - saying they may not have team in every age year if they don't have enough players with the necessary commitment level
    - noting that players need to make this a priority, for example for multi-sport athletes. The commitment level of the players to the team and to each other is one of the key factors in having a team play at a high level, which is what develops the players.

3 days/week of team training, 4th day of optional tech training
Offers May 1st. 48 hours to accept.

    1 travel tournament
"the prestigious Development Player League (DPL) event in Florida being a highlight on the girls side of the APEX."

Play the video at 1.25x at least though.
What a stupid video. Shouldn’t they have been doing this all along? Curriculum - woah, ground breaking. Periodization plan, - woah, groundbreaking again. High licensed or experienced coaches - that’s what you should have anyways!!! Just wasted 10 minutes of my life that I’ll never get back

Since when has practicing on a half field became a "selling" point?
My kids play on a small club that competes in the NECSL and their teams have ALWAYS practiced on a half of a full-sized field, be it 7v7, 9v9 or 11v11.

Ah? I'm sure they want this to be public available. It's advertisement.

I can get behind focusing on players not the league - yoruba soccer leagues have become an absolute joke. As a regional location, which 90% of kids will only ever play regionally, it’s a good idea.

                    HAHA!
THIS CLUB IS A COMPLETE BULL**** ORGANIZATION!
As a former NEFC SOUTH 2007 boys player, Jon Barrata (JB) heavily prioritizes and favors the development of ONLY Easton players. He places them on top teams, such as Apex, even though they are not nearly the skill level required to play at that level. He does this to better improve the Easton high school team, hence their recent success. Abusing his power…
                    WHAT A F-ING *****!

Nefc south boys will be strong next season. Hearing a lot of players from scorpions left to play NAL with Nefc. Better coaching , better competition and a lot less travel!
