Orange hoody mom, What did she do, who was she yelling at? Those parents think there kids deserve to over take the National team with there talent. Did they all have a cup in hand during games? With that much obnoxious yelling you know what was in it.

Still talking about the parents from 2010 Scorpions ECRL2 known as South? Aren’t those the parents who thought they could replace the national roster? Look they are doing well in ecrl 2 and yes they are better than current ecrl 2 Bayside team which will become Bayside’s GA team, but, does Bayside really want those players? Talk about a clash of parents between current Bayside Ecrl 2 and Scorpions South ecrl2. That could be a TOUGH group of loud mouth parents. Which in the end, deters real talent from joining Bayside GA. I know of a few talented players thinking of trying out or heading to NEFC, but they won’t go near that club if it’s full of obnoxious parents.

I just have to add that my kid is in the ECRL2 South, on a scorpions team (not 2010 as mentioned above), and I can tell you one of the teams we played over the weekend at the invitational was obnoxious as can be. The parents were equally thuggish. One of the girls on the opposing team actually threatened my daughter on the field. She took it with a grain of salt, luckily, and has developed a thick skin over the years of playing club. The point is that there’s jerks everywhere both in players and parents (and coaches).
I also know multiple kids at Bayside; some have had great experiences with players & coaches, others not so much. There’s just no one size fits all here.
I have also experienced parents like ‘orange hoodie mom’ at town games, while playing within BAYS. There is good and bad everywhere.
