What do you expect? I once witnessed a Legacy coach, older "gentleman", going completely off on everyone during a U10 game... his players, the opposing players, the opposing coaches, the refs... all throughout the game. Someone told me that he owned the club. Incredible that NEFC took on that club and its leadership.

Just rubbish! Why would anyone want to play for them?! Weak coaching staff, terrible management. Do they even have a DOC? JB is to worried with his HS team.

I followed a coach there and I’m regretting my decision. I want out. We will definitely going to start looking for a new club soon.

At all clubs, the satellite locations have much higher turnover. Look at Nefc on the top teams in the home location. Very stable.

                Satalite clubs always fail.

It's not so much they fail. They just simply go back to being what they were before establishing a relationship with the main club.

Even worse as the main club siphons off the top players earlier.

On the top teams sure, but the regional teams out of the home region have the same kind of coaching turnover as the satellite regions
