What do you expect? I once witnessed a Legacy coach, older "gentleman", going completely off on everyone during a U10 game... his players, the opposing players, the opposing coaches, the refs... all throughout the game. At all clubs, the satellite locations have much higher turnover. Look at Nefc on the top teams in the home location. Very stable.Comment
