This Merger makes sense. The ECNL teams will have the $ to pay for their trips by using B-Z teams money.

Do any of you think your kids will go anywhere with soccer. Who cares who plays where. Once they go off to college (especially boys) all they are going to be worried about is their next girlfriend and party. Even if your kid plays D1, big deal, great for your pocketbook, but that's about it. The college will own them and it's not all that is cracked up to be other than the savings. And then, when they are out of college it's over. So just stop with the shots about nep, maple ECNL and whatever else. Some of you sound really stupid when you post stuff like this. They are kids, and we all know as parents, we will always love our children more than they love us. Once they grow up and move on with their lives we will be lucky to get a phone call once a week so let's not put down the kids who aren't as athletic as other kids, let's just be happy if our kids are participating in a sport and staying out of trouble. And for those whose kids are great athletes (and yes my son is) let's just be proud of them and hope they are just happy and healthy.

the best of the best TS threads don't giveaway the punchline in the title. Nice idea, funny, but lame execution.
