$100 per player wouldn't even cover league coasts and referee fees.

$4000-7000 Coach
1000 payroll tax
400 insurance
$4000 Fields
$1200-2000 tournaments

$11-16K of expenses.

$100/player is only feasible with sponsors/donors.

No possible way unless it's got donors, runs as a non profit and zero paid staff. Even if they get fields for free (some town teams do) there are still reffs, insurance and other expenses. I worked on AYSO in another state 10+ years ago and it was $175 back then with free fields.

This must be at a low level club with no real
staff: admin, management, DOC, registrar, finance, scouting, HR, , grassroots, etc.

Costs at a real club gotta be $32-55k

This doesn't even include referees, which these days is a substantial outlay.
