Even on many D1 rosters there will be variations from the top 5 starters to thr bottom 5 benchwarmers. Less so at top programs which have deep benches but definitely lower level programs.

Then there's the reality that some D3 teams and players definitely could compete in D1. Not a ton of overlap but ots absolutely there.

Not a sin, just nothing to do with the conversation. I get D3ers need to shoehorn it into every conversation, but sometimes it gets tired
