This is true in most instances but not all. Because some schools carry a heavy roster such as Bryant and may be of more value getting playing time on a club team. Doesn't the HC of Bryant and some assistant coaches also coach at bayside?

Every non-injured redshirt athlete I know participates in ALL team activities like any other athlete. That includes film, mandatory study halls and team travel to local games. How does a college athlete manage to play for Bayside and why would the college coach allow it?

And why would they want it? Other than playing time it makes absolutely no sense to to have your college freshman playing/training with a youth club team
