    E64

Are the Boston Bolts and Connecticut FC still in the 64 League?

    #2
Most of the Northeast conference went to ECRL2, other than Bolts and Coppermine. It's not clear there is a league, though maybe those clubs could scrape up a team to enter.

E64 didn't seem to add any clubs in the Northeast.

The E64 has rightly died in this region. Unsure on CFC, but the league killed the bolts girls program. They had a mass exodus and are just playing NECSL now.

I know the Bolts West 2010 and 2008 girls moved to IFA and are NAL now.

FI the club killer is at it again. This is like the dude's 4th club he has absolutely killed as a director in the past 10 years. He should be banished from girls soccer for good. Whatever club this guy touches magically disappears within 2 years. YIKES!!!

Seems like they are trying to bring it back to life. Of the 8 teams from last year, there are only 2 left Coppermine (MD) and PSA North (NJ). For the fall they added 2 new teams, West Mont (PA) and PSA Monmouth (NJ), and for the spring they are adding 2 more, Union County (NJ) and Morris Elite (NJ). Anyone hear of any MA/RI/VT teams getting hooked in?

MA teams are going to go nowhere near it. It has literally killed whole programs already.

hopefully true. Just think there will be so low level club wanting to "join the big leagues" and gets conned into joining

Is there an equivalent of a "casting couch" for soccer clubs?

Huge travel, poorly matched competition - what's not to like?

They do get a patch and the word 'elite' though.

Is the old E64 in New England now the National League for USYS?

The new girls national league in this area is actually a solid league without much travel at all. They had to throw a couple of clubs under the bus which will have ramifications after the spring season but it’s a solid second tier league.

The USYS National League for girls is a disaster for MA teams. There are only 2 MA 4 CT teams, it's not club v club and the standard is sub par.

If you're talking about the 'NAL' then you've drunk the cool aid calling it a 'national league'. It only exists in the Northeast and there is absolutely no national pathway or playoffs. The standard is also pretty poor compared to other 2nd tier leagues.
