They try to reel your child in by advertising how they’re the only western ma based club and your kids will get to play and practice in their run down I mean state of the art “Stadium”actually just a crummy turf field and that they are a pathway to college and pro. Not only will they do absolutely nothing to get your kid recruited. Reality is your kids will be getting coached by unqualified parents of the ludlow kids on the team and practicing on there overgrown grass fields in the back and traveling to another **** field in surrounding towns to practice and play games on those fields. You might get to possibly play 1 game in the “stadium” if your lucky. You will also have to watch those parent coaches pull out the out of town kids with talent that might give them a chance of winning only to keep in their kids and kids friends well they make mistake after mistake only to be rewarded with extra playing time for their lack of effort in games and **** play as they get blown out of games by mediocre teams. If you’re looking to spend 2k plus to have your child play Recreational level soccer coached by unqualified parent coaches then Western Pioneers is the club for you!!!

There so obsessed with there amateur usl2 team full of foreign players that they put no time or effort into getting proper coaches and developing or getting exposure for the kids who pay for that usl team. It’s a shame what a waste of what could be a great club out west. Being one of a couple clubs that way I guess forces parents to choose that club as there really only awful optionComment

Western blew it. They could’ve been a thing if they didn’t get complacent and lazy 10 years ago. The west has talent but it’s spread out everywhere with mostly subpar coaching. I guess we all just wait for the next pop up club west of Worcester.Comment

You see, you lose all credibility when you say their field is a disaster. Every parent, every coach every players that has played on that turf knows that it’s one of the best around. Lusitano is an overrated dump of a facility
Parents are the worst, right up there with Surf
No college recruiting in place what so ever
No pathway to anything.....unless you don’t speak English forget their USL teams
