Good luck, Kristie! And major kudos for finishing your degree in less than four years especially when we consider your soccer obligations!

You think she is this good because she played HS soccer?

Absolutely Congratulations and good luck!!! Tremendous opportunity for IMHO the best female soccer player from Mass, whom I have had the good fortune to watch on multiple occasions.

Good luck>. She played for a very good club team. Her high school coach is a club coach himself so he it was not like she did not contiue learning at a high level.

You do realize she received a significant amount of money to play soccer at BC, right? Or are you not aware that it is a Division 1 program that even offers female athletes scholarships.

What does this even mean? So she received a generous scholarship. What does that have to do with following her dream when she has completed herobligation?

Yeah, her HS career was great. Played on a team with three D1 college superstars and unable to win a MIAA state title. Same type of results at BC ... what a leader! She has been average in USYWNT World Cups. She may be the best female player from Mass, but that is like saying that she is the tallest kid in first grade. Good luck in Australia and then back here for to play "pro" soccer but who expects her to actually win anything?

I grant you the HS team was always overrated (including by the Boston Globe that nearly always gave the WH players top honors while playing in a weak league even when other teams had tougher leagues and went further in tournament), but she has made a huge difference at BC. They would have been much worse in a very strong league without her. Year after year she was the best player on that team hands down - compare that VD on BC who faded away or with her sister who is a great player but does not stand out as much on her college team which plays in a weaker league. KM came in strong - stayed strong and made a difference.

As for the YNT- you ought to recheck - she had accolades throughout and nearly always started.

                        Jealous teammate, perhaps?

Unlikely - more likely jealous parent of a one-time teammate. Or even more likely a troll.

Anyone actually related to the BC team knows how important she was to that team.

Looks like her first game Downunder was abandoned before the half and will be replayed on-

WOW! Jealousy always amazes me. Seen her play many times and every time she always was the focal point of the opposition and every game there was always an "OMG did you see the move/shot/pass/defend...she just did!", and her teams won almost all of games I witnessed. Dont forget to mention the many Tournaments, State Cup...her teams won in Club. Every one of her opponent teams coach (HS, Club, College, National Teams) would have taken her on their team in a heartbeat.

Unbelievably stupid post by a narcissist who no doubt had a kid on another high school team and/or different club who maybe had a middling "career" at a middling D3 school. This is the kind of person who will tell you how great his kids are for hours on end, when you have no interest at all, and then in the next breath tell Kevin Durant's mother that he sucks because he is only the 2nd best basketball player in the world.
