You think they’ll take the license from Seacoast and give it to Aztec North? Makes sense as the teams are better except Aztec North doesn’t have a team in every age group and I believe it’s a requirement. My guess is nothing really changes except who you pay.

Aztec has path through Seacoast.

It’s not about lack of quality, perceived or real. Seacoast is huge. Aztec players have a path into their teams now

They are still in Acquisition mode, the clubs are all independent still

The only thing they are starting to do is run tournaments centrally, the 3 Step Office ran the LFC tournaments last fall.

Eventually there will be a merger between seacoast and Aztec. This is just speculation but if 3step moves the academy from New Hampshire to the North Shore of Massachusetts they could form some legit teams that could compete at the highest levels. That would still be the closest location for most of the of the NH kids plus the two Aztec locations have some serious talent for a smaller club. There is a giant void on the Massachusetts soccer map that could be filled.

Does Aztec have their own facilities? Seacoast has 4 fields they own outright in Epping. Is that a requirement ?

Aztec owns that indoor facility in Topsfield

Yes owning your own facilities is almost a must for 3-Step

However Best and LFC don’t own any of theirs
