They didn't really lose 2 in a row. 1st game the 4 09's were not playing so 08 Blue was missing it's 4 best players so you can't really count that as a loss. They are not a good enough team to overcome missing all those 09's. Sad you have to rely so heavily on younger players. You move those 4 09's back down and Blue falls to a middle to below average team in ECNL.

This is not Coach fault. It’s what he had to work with.

Excuses, excuses. Everyone plays down some players at times. A loss is a loss for a TEAM.

Not a reason for a coach to be fired.

I know we all call it the 2008 team but is actually the U15 team. As in anyone Under 15 can be on the team. Stop saying that kids, who have earned their position, shouldn’t be on the team. They are under 15. It doesn’t matter how far under 15.

The divisions state birth year in ECNL, not U15. Nice try though.

It’s still U15 officially no matter what it’s labeled

And it’s still irrelevant either way. Players play were the abilities best fit

There’s a 15yo in the NWSL right now (not Moultrie), I wonder if they know her birth year. And people here are “concerned” about some kids now turning 14 playing with kids now turning 15? Not concern, pure jealousy and bitterness.

Not so much. Blue is a ship without a captain.

I wonder how all those Stars ECNL girls who didn't get an offer yesterday feel today? Most other clubs are almost full. Almost too late to move. Kool-aid gonna get bitter if you wait...

This happens every year. Every year Blue’s castoffs find a home on rosters that were ‘full’.

Yes. One can always find a home when cut from a top team. If not from a top team someone will always take your check, but it may be a move down, not across

Every family whose child isn't a consistent starter should have already been evaluating the situation. TALK TO THE COACH about where your kid fits late winter. Go to other team practices March and April to see if maybe another team is a better fit. Never ever wait until now. You can be left scrambling

                                From Blue, it’s all down.
