How could they give up 5 straight goals but the game still go to OT? They had to score a 4th goal somewhere, unless you meant that they were up 4-0. Either way, that is a bad collapse and a pretty decent upset, MPS Crusaders haven't really done anything state cup have they?

No surprize - that WUP team is not very good. The other WUP team is excellent, but that one, not so much. Mostly a bunch of thugs, Ludlow ball thru and thru.

No, they haven't accomplished much in prior state cups. They probably won't this year either. They could upset Fuller Hamlets, but they could not upset WUP Red as well.

Picks were correct on Bulldogs, Fuller Hamlets and Valeo. Next round:
FC Massachusetts at NEFC - already played, FC Mass. won 2-0 in an upset over a higher-division team
Valeo at Raynham - favor Raynham, because they're D1 in maple (though winless in league play so far)
Stars at Bulldogs - favor Bulldogs, whose results this spring indicate they can reach quarterfinals (winner gets unproven AC Milan Boston). Haven't really tested the top 6 yet.
Fuller Hamlets at MPS Crusaders - this one can fuel the maple-NEP debate, as Hamlets are d1 and MPS crusaders are d2

FC Mass.'s next round game is also scheduled for this weekend, at Aztec. Aztec is favored, as a d1 team, over d2 FC Mass.

I was just talking about Region 1 and sub region 1. Maple and MASC are not very competitive
