Hey they went 10-7-2 lost in the gpac quarterfinals to a tough midland team. Coach stays great job and great job of recruiting the top players.

The abusive behavior from boys coaches around here is truly unbelievable. The thought experiment i prefer is to imagine what would happen if that coach treated those kids the same way, but inside a school building as their teacher. It's a completely fair analogy for elementary and even middle school students. i have personally witnessed both Christian Battaglia and Matt Hardiman treat elementary-aged children in a manner that would not just get them instantly fired, but would prevent them from ever getting a job teaching children again. And you see their positions now. They've only grown in influence. Those are just a couple of examples, but everyone knows this already so happy to name drop those two goons.

Correction, a different ECNL national team won one of tge brackets. ECNL > EDP.

No different than any other. Decent coach, very negative.

I am 99.9% sure that my kid played in the game in question, and was on the team with the "yelling" coach. Did he get yelled at? Yup. Was he also praised when he did something well? Yup. And was not upset after the game even though his mother thought he would be. So maybe seeing a few minutes of a random game from the sidelines isn't a good indicator.

I did find it a bit weird that CB acted like the other NEFC team was not part of his club. Didn't talk to them at all before or after the game, no team handshake afterwards, no congrats for winning the bracket, nothing.... Not a good display of sportsmanship.
