Sir, Seacoast was one of the 7 mentioned. Your problem is with Scorpions then? They are ecnl, so should be invited, they will eventually get stronger. Bolts and SFC, you add??? Show me one meaningful 2011 team that those 2 teams have played in the last 12 months. Yes, they have got soccer points, but look what leagues, tournaments, and brackets they have played in. Hint, stop using got soccer rankings, they are not accurate.

Blue, lost 4-1. However, beat White 2-1. Also beat FSA and CFC, 2 CT ecnl clubs. They will end the season 5th out of 8 ecnl clubs and that's with all the drama the bayside coach brought. When that situation gets repaired, they will trend upwards eventually.

That is actually better then I was thinking with all the drama and favoritism that is going on over there. Question is, will the situation be repaired and will Bayside/Scorpions and the coach allow that to happen?

The current bayside coach is rumored to be working with the u-littles after this season, not ecnl teams. That would be a start in the right direction. If NR takes over the 11s for the fall and that word gets out soon, assume there will be a quite a few juve, ne surf, and possibly select and nefc players that might make the move. None of those players should make the move with the current coach there as it has been repeated multiple times about the "favors" and "promises". No room for that at ecnl/ga level. Smart parents would be wise to stay away until the situation becomes more clear..

When was this discussed? That is not going to make the current families very happy at all. It would make sense for Juve, Surf etc to move over to ECNL but not with all the issues circling around. Parents will stay clear and even the ECNL badge wont help that.

Our players possibly having him as a coach, that's the worry. Didn't he get removed from the bayside 2010 team a couple years ago? What happened there? If he is unable to coach 2010s at a club like bayside in a lower-level league, how is all of a sudden capable of being an ecnl coach? Seems he got lucky and brought over a few dozen players which secured his salary for this year. Wasn't hard to get those players to move to scorpions from bayside. Ask yourself, would you rather have your player at scorpions or bayside if they are fairly serious at 11/12 years old about soccer.

Because pre ecnl does not matter, it starts to matter at u13. Name a youth club that wouldn't take a coach and find a spot for them if they were getting 3K x 30 players by hiring him? Don't be fooled though, those families did not hitch their wagon to him because he is a great coach, they did because the badge and getting at least 1 year of a pre ecnl roster spot and obtained that only by following him. 90% of that bayside team does not make scorpions pre ecnl/pre ecrl without the "agreement". Scorpions took the deal because of the $ and hoping that maybe a few of the players were at the level where they would make the national team when u13 begins in real league play. It was a win for everyone, until kids from other clubs come over that deserve the badge actually take it from those that did not earn it. Don't blame scorpions for any of that, they made $ and basically had all those kids for a year to see who would stick on the u13 team. Now is the time scorpions should do the right thing and keep him where he's best suited, u-littles, and set your u13 ecnl team in the Fall with players that actually deserve it.
