I agree. Surf is still the better team. SSS is the best right now. The issue with Surf is you take their Striker out and the Center mid and they are average. Once they leave then what.

Surf - Select - Juventus seem to be the only clubs within the region who do a good job of developing the younger players and teams.

Stars/Scorpions/NEFC all benefit from players flocking to them at 11v11.

No player should be jumping over at age 12. Wait till HS, even in 7th and maybe 8th grade it should all be about development.

Yes, not a fact. But probably better to wait for for 90%+ of kids. Once they move, they lose the ability to enjoy other hobbies (arts, music, other sports, etc.) but it will likely help their soccer career if that's the sole focus. I am just not convinced that the kid that is already great really improves her options if they make the move to Stars.
