That makes more sense. The Select tournament does not have strong competition. Its so bad that the Select 2011s are playing in the 2009 division. It should not be seen as an accomplishment if Blue does win every game. Better than losing but don't walk away thumping your chest after that one.

Surf 11 navy. Top team in the state. No doubt about it. Great team, great club great coach!

Typical Surf girls team beating bad competition every week with no outlet because they are playing third level teams in NPL, sorry DPL. Same thing.

If you have a ‘star’ it is only relative to the other mediocre players on your team. Most of the girls on Blue would would meet your definition of ‘stars’ if they played on such teams.

lol, this a joke. You can observe a players skill by their footwork and touch on the ball, how they strike the ball, positioning etc. There is not star on the blue, a good not great team. Doubt any of those players will be there in 2-3 yrs

Exactly, Stars Blue doesn’t have a star but they play like a team. Much better than having 1-2 stars who are selfish.

This I agree with. Much rather play as a team then the kick and chase style some teams still employee
