Also not OP but this guys right. In fact, it sounds like you just played against two kids from a lower league that could easily slide in to your team. Those kids are not on every team like some people seem to think, but you will end up taking on a half dozen or so in the next couple of years. Usually you get a player or two from white, but I’m not sure the 2011 whites will have any reinforcements for you. You may need more than usual from outside the club. Each of the 2010 teams have major contributors that came from other clubs at u12, and added a couple new faces at u13. Your influx will come soon especially with rosters expanding next year.

So, I was there, and SSS sky blue impact is pretty good and from talking to their parents learned they are playing with a keeper with a broken hand (who played very well) and missing one of their top goal scorers and a strong defender. Are they the top impact, no they are in third place but good for them. Yes it’s very surprising Stars 2011 national can’t beat the third place impact team especially when we had some 210 ringers. We are with the 2011blue team. It was a shame to see us beat like this. So frustrating but at least I’m not the parent who posts here thinking my kids team will dominate. No, we won’t. We have work to do.
Put down the GA and ECNL teams, the parents are blow hands, but we should leave impact and DPL out of your competitive rants. Hard working talented 12 year olds in those leagues that are regularly overlooked.

Most U12 teams don’t roll 11 deep in talent. The extra two kids on the field makes a big difference.

Except they play 9v9 this year so the deeper bench doesn’t really matter. By next year Blues bench will be filled with better talent. Then two years from now SSS will have lost most of their talent.
